Job Description
IDS is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide administrative and project support services in a dynamic operational environment. The selected candidate will support daily office operations, assist project and program leadership with administrative activities, maintain project documentation, coordinate meetings and communications, and help ensure organizational processes run efficiently. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to support multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Key Duties
• Provide general office management and administrative support services.
• Answer and direct phone calls and respond to inquiries.
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Produce and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms.
• Develop and maintain filing systems and project records.
• Provide support to visitors and staff.
• Assist with project management documentation and recordkeeping.
• Support Program Managers and Project Managers with administrative taskings.
• Assist with HR-related processes and procedures.
• Communicate with coworkers and assist with problem resolution.
• Utilize Microsoft products to support administrative and project requirements.
Requirements
• Secret clearance required
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in general office management services.
• Demonstrated experience with HR policies and procedures and assisting with problem resolution.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft products.
• Demonstrated experience organizing and building project management documentation.
• Demonstrated experience assisting Program and Project Managers with administrative taskings.
