Project Architect

We are seeking a Architect/Project Architect in the Mumbai office on the Retail studio for India projects. This role focuses on the timely and accurate production of project deliverables from design development through construction, opportunity to work on diverse retail projects across phases, contribute to high-quality documentation, and grow technical and design skills under the mentorship of project leaders and project managers.

A Day in life:

• Apply brand guidelines and architectural fundamentals to live projects

• Produce architectural drawings and documentation under supervisory direction using Auto CAD and Revit

• Assist in developing presentation graphics and visual materials for client meetings

• Participate in product and code research under the guidance of Project Leaders or Managers

• Begin to identify brand conflicts and contribute to resolving them

• Improve speed and accuracy in Construction Documentation (CD) production

• Begin to understand code implications and apply them to design decisions

• Support coordination with MEP and structural consultants

• May participate in site visits to verify existing conditions and observe construction progress

• Interior projects, luxury brands, retail design and roll out

• Site supervision and handled interior design projects

• Custom Detailing

You Have the Following Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture or Relevant Field

• 1-8 years of experience in the industry

• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD & Sketchup
