- Drive early-stage development projects through phase-gate into high-volume production
- Deliver projects on schedule and within budget while tracking progress against goals
- Manage scope, schedule, cost, and risks using structured project management methods
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Prepare and deliver presentations for internal leadership and external customers
- Maintain accurate PSA, CRM, and project documentation to ensure transparency
- 3-10 years of project management experience (multiphase programs preferred)
- Skilled in Microsoft Project (or similar), PSA/ERP/CRM systems, and project documentation tools
- Strong leadership, client-facing, and cross-functional communication abilities
- PMP or PMI certification (preferred)
- U.S. Person status (as defined by ITAR: U.S. citizen, green card holder, refugee, or asylum seeker)
