Program Manager – Divestiture

Lake Shore Associates is looking for an experienced Program Manager who thrives in complex, transformation environments. We are seeking a Program Manager with proven divestiture, separation, and Transition Services Agreement (TSA) experience to lead the integrated execution of a major business separation.
You will be responsible for establishing and managing the program structure required to successfully navigate the TSA, Day 1 readiness, Day 2 transition, and longer-term separation activities. You will work across business and functional workstreams to drive alignment, manage interdependencies, identify and mitigate risks, track critical milestones, and ensure the organization remains on track to meet separation objectives.
The Skills You Bring
· Lead the integrated separation program across multiple functional and business workstreams, ensuring alignment to transaction objectives, TSA requirements, Day 1 milestones, and Day 2 priorities.
· Establish and manage the overall program governance, operating cadence, decision-making framework, and reporting structure.
· Develop and maintain the integrated program plan, including milestones, critical path activities, dependencies, key decisions, deliverables, and readiness requirements.
· Partner with TSA workstream leaders to manage TSA scope, service dependencies, transition activities, governance, readiness, and exit considerations.
· Identify, manage, and escalate cross-functional dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and critical path activities that could impact separation timelines or business continuity.
· Lead regular program governance meetings, including SteerCo, executive leadership, workstream leadership, and program team meetings, ensuring decisions and actions are clearly documented and followed through.
· Develop concise and actionable executive reporting and program dashboards, providing leadership with visibility into overall program health, milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and readiness.
The Expertise You Have
· At least 8 years of Program Management experience is required.
· Experience with TSA definition, transition, stabilization, and exit activities.
· Experience supporting global or multi-geography transformations.
· Strong understanding of the complexities associated with separating people, processes, technology, systems, data, vendors, and operating models.
This role requires a strategic thinker who is highly execution-oriented and can establish the overall program framework, lead cross-functional program activities, and drive the detailed work required to ensure the organization is ready for separation, prepared for Day 1, and positioned for a successful Day 2 transition.
