Overview
We are seeking a motivated Program Coordinator to join our team and support technology implementation projects for our clients. This role will work closely with clients, vendors, and project teams to coordinate project activities, translate business requirements into effective solutions, and support successful delivery. The ideal candidate is analytical, adaptable, and eager to develop expertise in Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate client meetings, requirements workshops, user acceptance testing, and project status updates.
- Gather and document business requirements, system functionality, and supporting business processes.
- Coordinate project deliverables, track milestones and performance metrics, and maintain project and communication plans.
- Support data conversion, system integration, testing, issue resolution, and end-user training throughout implementation.
Required Experience / Skills
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, PMO, or a related role.
- Experience with requirements gathering, data cleansing, reporting, system testing, or integration; proficiency in Excel, SQL, or Power BI is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with clients.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience; Houston-based with an interest in learning ETRM technology. Energy industry experience preferred but not required.
