Work with the Program Manager to execute daily program responsibilities
Support internal team and program partners to complete all program milestones successfully
Coordinate with stakeholders of the program to build a sustainable relationship
Conduct monitoring and evaluation surveys
Analyse and report data collected from entrepreneurs
Responsible for budget allocation, payment process, and maintaining the payment records.
Support in the development and implementation of program plans, strategies, and objectives.
Responsible for curating and coordinating the program events which includes: interaction with internal and external stakeholder.
Interest in taking up work associated with above and beyond the scope of program
Build and manage program activities and program budget
Work closely with entrepreneurs and other internal teams to understand the needs of entrepreneurs and facilitate to meet those needs
Always ensure adherence to NSRCEL guidelines while communicating with external partners
Actively pursue strategic and innovative solutions to fulfil program objective
Requirements
A Master’s Degree in management from a reputed institute
0-2 years of experience in a similar role or startup ecosystem
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Ability to contribute to program design
Strong program execution discipline
Positive attitude, detail-oriented and maturity to interact with the senior leadership
Ability to multitask and take ownership of tasks
