Highlights:
As the Data Product Manager, you lead the definition, management and lifecycle maintenance of data products that enable client-facing and internal digital tools. You partner cross-functionally within the organization to describe the capabilities needed to capitalize on an opportunity or resolve a specific issue with data. You interact with teams in person and digitally within an office environment. You report to the Director of Client Data Systems for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:
- Encourage company-wide success through active and consistent support of all efforts to simplify and enhance the client experience.
- Partner with stakeholders and clients to articulate client-centric solutions to business issues.
- Work across operational teams to promote, track and ensure the ongoing use of digital capabilities.
- Drive digital product strategies in line with the long-term vision to build high-quality digital products and capabilities.
- Craft a vision for a digital product or short and long-term capabilities and convert them into a concrete strategy that can be shared easily across the organization.
- Collaborate with technical, engineering and operational teams to define and maintain a backlog of detailed requirements that describe functional and experiential aspects of new and existing digital capabilities.
- Use market research and client journey information to discover digital product and capability opportunities to create greater value for clients and employees.
- Guide communication plans to ensure adoption and engagement with digital capabilities by clients and internal teams.
- Appraise new product ideas and marketing programs to ensure successful product launches.
- Engage with multiple clients about the digital experience to ensure expectations are being exceeded.
Required keys for success:
- Seven or more years of digital product development experience.
- Seven or more years of digital product management experience.
- Eager to learn from a new environment and make an impact quickly.
- History of working with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals while managing and fostering change.
- Solid planning, prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to listen to multiple viewpoints and synthesize them against established goals for recommendations.
- Track record of managing multiple projects while making decisions and resolving issues and working under pressure.
- Repeated success showing discernment and initiative to accomplish job duties.
- Expert in analyzing and interpreting data and synthesizing recommendations.
- Business acumen and sense of urgency to achieve business results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.

The pay for this position has a salary range of
$88,200.00 to $156,600.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
