Zoom Events provides virtual event experiences for companies of all sizes, from SMB to enterprise. As a Product Manager for Zoom Events focusing on the event marketing experience, you will focus on the best experience for hosts and event attendees to create, promote, monetize, host and attend virtual events.
Success means we're delivering the most delightful and empowering virtual event and video experience to our customers and users, ensuring we're delivering happiness and value to every role in our platform ecosystem: customers and partners at any size, and the users they serve.
Your Role:

  • Define and execute the best virtual event experience to deliver added value to businesses and their users
  • Prioritize roadmap and communicate plans to the company.
  • Produce requirements and work with the User Experience team to deliver intuitive product experiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and drive delivery of features, processes and happiness.
  • Connect regularly with customers, partners and users to understand their goals and needs, translating those into actionable deliverables.
  • Evangelize the Zoom platform and vision to customers of all sizes, from single proprietors to Fortune 100 executives.


Ideal candidates will have:

  • 5+ Years Product Management experience in ecommerce, with focus on buyer's experience and personalization
  • 3 Years or more experience of delivering platforms or solutions that for enterprises
  • Experience building and shipping web and mobile application
  • Experience with API, CRM, marketing and report tools integration is a big plus
  • Experience with payment and promotion is a big plus
  • Experience with rich media and video technologies is a plus
  • Experience with SEO and social media effect is a plus
