As a Product Manager in the Integrations Services team, you will be responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of multiple interrelated projects, aligned to the team mission of integrating with the best technologies that drive innovation and adoption of UiPath. This role requires business acumen, great process development and refinement skills, strong knowledge of project management principles such as Agile/Scrum, and outstanding interpersonal communication and influencing skills. This role also requires working knowledge of integrations technologies and protocols (REST APIs, SOAP, Webhooks, SDKs), security & authentication best practices (TLS/SSL, Oauth/Token Auth, API keys, MFA). Evangelizing from both from a business and technical perspective.

What you will be doing at UiPath

  • Product specifications: Work with design and development teams to build user experiences and define specifications for your features.
  • Develop integration catalog capability: Work closely with engineering team to drive the execution and delivery of features and products. Mitigate any risks and ensure dependencies are handled appropriately.
  • Drive individual customer feedback and beta engagements to ensure successful outcomes
  • Drive agile discipline and practice to the PM and Development teams, e.g. product backlog refinement, preplanning, planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives. 
  • Assist in identify high-impact business scenarios and use cases related to our partner ecosystem.
  • Work with other PM and Development teams to align on broader roadmap and initiatives.

What you'll bring to UiPath

  • 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience
  • Demonstrated strong collaborative problem-solving skills evidenced by results in past positions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Results-orientated and can-do attitude with a strong sense of conviction
  • A successful team member will be skilled at anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management, balancing business needs with technical constraints, and taking calculated risks to maximize business benefit.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for working on behalf of teams and customers, have a track record of on-time delivery of large scale projects, and have the ability to operate independently and autonomously. Maturity, judgment, negotiation skills, influence and leadership skills are all essential.
  • Knowledgeable of new Project Management innovations/technology/SW and integrating them to existing processes and organization. Help to drive Project Management compliance, including metrics, Lessons Learned, project reviews, adherence to processes and methodologies.
