We are hiring an experienced product management leader to kickstart our product growth team. You will be responsible for maximizing the organic growth and adoption of UiPath products online among free and paid customers. You will be working with peers in the product and engineering teams to analyze funnel data, conduct A/B experiments and create new experiences that help the enterprise world fall in love with and adopt UiPath products.

What you will be doing at UiPath

• Create and execute strategies to maximize organic adoption of UiPath products
• Identify target customer segments for organic growth
• Optimize the funnels for converting free to paid customers
• Analyze funnel data to improve conversion rates
• Drive A/B tests within multiple engineering teams

• Track record of collaborating with engineering teams to deliver high-quality customer-focused innovations
• Proven product management experience delivering SaaS software projects
• Experience creating and implementing product growth strategies and working on growth-focused teams
• Data-driven decision making
