The Product Manager New Grad will drive execution to optimize the way we build and deliver end-to-end technology solutions, at global scale. As a member of the Product Management team, you will understand customer requirements and then be responsible for driving the delivery of product features. Along the way, you will be working closely with other product managers and cross-functional teams who will assist you. Together, you will help redefine what communications will look like in the future work environment.
Zoom is looking for a Product Manager to enhance growth in Zoom's solution for the US Government ecosystem. This position involves working with existing and new customers to further develop our overall product offerings for government agencies.
Basic Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers and the Zoom Government team to assure that the product is developed in a manner consistent with FedRAMP and Department of Defense security standards.
  • Collaborate internally with engineering and operations and partner closely with security, sales, support, and marketing on designing and developing the Zoom for Government product infrastructure.
  • Develop a strong empathy for our government customers through close work with the customers, our solution engineers and customer service teams to deeply understand customer needs and product requirements.
  • Prioritize requirements in partnership with the business, leveraging industry best practices and new innovations
  • Facilitate requirements definition across teams to create PRD/epics/user stories while managing dependencies and relative priority with other product managers.
  • Building, measure, and report against fundamental business drivers like revenue, OKR, or churn.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing an MBA or a Masters in Computer Science or related experience.
  • Product Management internship experience preferably in SaaS based Enterprise focused organization
  • Prior FedRAMP/FISMA certification experience is highly desired
  • Technical background is preferred, Engineering / CS or MBA degree a plus.
  • Must be data-driven, detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated.
  • Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences; proven ability to provide the voice of the customer
  • Strong internal drive, a bias for action and the ability to build internal champions across the organization
  • The ability to work nimbly across multiple projects and balance competing priorities
  • The role requires verifiable US Citizenship with the potential to obtain a security clearance.
