We're looking for a Product Owner to take full ownership of FuturoHoy, our personal finance app.
We want someone who is constantly thinking about how to improve the product, deeply understands our users, and identifies new ways to help them organize their finances, reduce debt, and build wealth.
We're not simply looking for someone to manage development tasks. We want someone who makes decisions, proposes improvements, and leads the evolution of the product, working directly with the founder and our development team.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for product improvement
- Optimize onboarding, activation, user experience, and retention
- Improve conversion rates from free users to Premium subscribers
- Define and manage the product roadmap
- Work directly with developers
- Gather user feedback and translate insights into product decisions
- Research emerging trends and opportunities in fintech and personal finance
Ideal Candidate
- Experience managing digital products, preferably mobile apps or SaaS platforms
- Strong UX/UI judgment and understanding of user behavior
- Ability to work with product metrics, conversion rates, and retention data
- Familiarity with analytics, experimentation, and artificial intelligence tools
- Genuine interest in fintech, financial education, and personal finance
- Independence, strategic thinking, and strong execution skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
