Main Responsibilities
- Develop the website experience, aligned with business and marketing goals
- Plan and prioritize technical improvements to ensure the website effectively attracts, educates, and converts visitors
- Own and maintain the website backlog together with stakeholders from marketing, product, and engineering
- Lead consistent and smooth delivery of a small web team
- Work closely with marketing to support campaign execution, messaging alignment, and growth initiatives through the website technical capabilities
- Run A/B tests, and implement improvements to increase engagement and conversion rates
- Ensure the website delivers strong performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness
- Always seek for technical innovations in website experience.
Core Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally in a growth-focused role
- Experience collaborating closely with marketing teams and balancing brand, business, and user needs
- Familiarity with user research methods, heatmaps, A/B testing, and behavioral analytics
- Ability to understand highly technical and AI-related topics and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to plan work effectively and independently
- Get-things-done attitude combined with a creative approach to problem-solving when needed
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders
- Curiosity about customer behavior, market dynamics, and digital growth opportunities
- Startup experience is an advantage, especially in environments where speed, adaptability, and hands-on execution matter.
Salary Ranges
- Gross Salary 4700 - 6700 EUR/month
