Benefits and Perks
Nclusion is on a mission to provide traditional financial services to 1.5 billion people worldwide without access today. Without a secure way to save, invest, or transfer money, individuals are not empowered to accumulate short or long-term wealth. We're changing that by bridging the gap between traditional banking and the communities that need it most.
As Product Ops Manager - Gaming, you'll lead the in-market rollout and day-to-day operation of Nclusion's gaming products in frontier markets. Today, this represents the foundational thread between our business and customers: where we build the trust, distribution, and agent network that we’ll build financial services on top of. You’ll work directly between Product teams in the US and in-market leadership to actualize the product roadmap - assessing for readiness, gathering feedback, with an eye for stickiness and churn as we launch.
This role is crucial, balancing pace and impact - ensuring that we keep pace on evolving into financial services institutions, but ensuring that pace never outruns the customers we’re looking to serve.
- Lead end-to-end rollout of gaming products in each market, from launch readiness through go-live, GTM, and stabilization in the network.
- Work directly with Product on product scoping, ensuring market & regulatory realities against technical readiness, and help shape the roadmap with performance and player feedback.
- Track competitive positioning across prize structures, draw formats, pricing, and player experience, and use it to impact product evolution.
- Support Country GMs in sequencing gaming launches against local demand, regulation, and agent network maturity.
- Establish & track gaming & player-protection KPIs (FTD, CAC, LTV, etc.) - analyze the data and turn it into action when something’s looking off.
- Ensure agent readiness, including onboarding, training, and compliance checks.
- Develop SOPs and responsible-gaming checklists that are repeatable market to market.
- Monitor gaming, lottery, and sports betting trends and evaluate fit for Nclusion's markets.
- 8+ years of experience in gaming, lottery, sports betting, or gambling product operations, ideally in frontier markets.
- Working knowledge of gaming/gambling regulation (licensing, age verification, responsible gambling), distinct from financial services compliance.
- Track record launching or scaling a gaming or lottery product in a high-growth or startup environment.
- History of personally unblocking a stalled launch, not just managing one on a plan.
- Demonstrated experience balancing growth against player-protection obligations; not just a growth-only background.
- Cross-functional experience with Product, Engineering, Compliance/Legal, Marketing, and local GM teams.
- Multilingual fluency is highly valued - French, Spanish, or regional dialects!
- 📈 401k with a match!
- 🩺 Medical Insurance
- 🦷 Dental Insurance
- 👓 Vision Insurance
- 💸 Competitive compensation & equity – We believe in sharing success.
- ✈️ Flexible PTO – We focus on impact, not tracking vacation days. We encourage a minimum of 14 days.
- 🍽️ In-office lunch, team events & culture
The base pay range for this role is $130,000 – $200,000 per year.
