The RoleWe are looking for a Product Ops Engineer to support customer deployments, build customizations, troubleshoot technical issues, and help improve the product based on field needs.
This role works closely with Engineering, Product, FAE, and customer teams.
ResponsibilitiesSupport customer deployments from setup through acceptance.
Configure and customize the product for customer applications.
Build integrations with systems such as PLC, MES, FTP, and databases.
Troubleshoot issues across software, hardware, networking, and configuration.
Build scripts and tools to improve deployment and debugging efficiency.
Document solutions and share learnings with the team.
Identify recurring product gaps from customer deployments.
Contribute small bug fixes and product improvements with support from the Engineering team.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or a related field.
Solid programming skills in Python or C++.
At least 1 year of work experience in a customer facing technical role.
Experience with PLC, MES, industrial networking, or system integration.
Comfortable working with Linux and debugging technical systems.
Strong problem-solving and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willing to work directly with customers and field teams.
Experience with machine vision, industrial automation, robotics, or manufacturing.
Experience with Docker, IPCs, NVIDIA Jetson, or edge computing.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, robotics, or factory integration
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with PLC integration and industrial control systems
- Python scripting for automation, data collection, or configuration
- Familiarity with CAD tools (intermediate level preferred)
- Excellent customer-facing communication and collaboration skills
- Independent, proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Meticulous attention to detail and comfort working in production settings
