? We Are Hiring – Product Operations Associate
Virtual Flux Africa is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Product Operations Associate to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, coordinating projects, gathering requirements, tracking deliverables, and ensuring successful solution implementation.
What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Gather and document customer requirements
✅ Coordinate software implementation projects
✅ Create and manage project plans using Zoho Projects and Zoho Sprints
✅ Send weekly project updates to customers
✅ Track project milestones and follow up on action items
✅ Coordinate user training and go-live activities
✅ Work closely with our technical and implementation teams
✅ Support post-implementation customer success activities

We are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates proactively, follows through on commitments, and is eager to grow into a leadership role.
Location: Remote (Nigeria)
Salary: ₦180,000 – ₦200,000 per month
