Job Description

Position title - Product Marketing Manager III

Contract duration – Long term

Location: Atlanta, GA

Qualifications:
4 years Top 3 Skills: Consumer focus; Data analytics; Business Requirements / Road mapping. Top Soft Skills: Prioritization. Creative use of resources. Proactive communicator.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for defining, and bringing to market world-class Revenue and Customer Experience products across
• The role will be focused on ensuring that all digital interactions are comprehensively designed and result in increased revenue, improved usability and customer satisfaction scores
• Additional key responsibilities: o Create and maintain competitive information & analysis to determine product roadmap
• Develop subject-matter expertise as a product owner
• Create business requirements for new product improvements
• Oversee IT project management of new projects to deliver high quality products that meet business objectives.
• Implement solutions that generate new revenue streams or shift existing revenue streams to self-service o Lead prioritization & optimization of product enhancements to deliver world-class capabilities while enhancing the customer experience
• Define success criteria & metrics of new products & perform post-implementation analysis
