What you'll do:

  • Take ownership of leading squads as a Product Manager, ensuring the successful delivery of features and services. Demonstrate a sense of ownership and accountability for the product's success.
  • Establish strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, becoming their go-to authority for feature releases, product roadmap, and user pain points. Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate effectively with teams such as engineering, design, product, data science, and commercial. Work closely with the Data team to leverage their expertise in driving data-driven decisions and insights.
  • Define success metrics for features or services and monitor their performance. 
  • Understand complex problems across business units, geographies, and product lines. Formulate hypotheses and translate them into requirements, identifying meaningful insights to guide product development.
  • Create roadmaps based on requirements and relevant dependencies. Ensure alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.

What you'll need:

  • Write detailed business requirements and user stories that serve as the foundation for creating product specifications. Ensure clear communication and alignment with the development team.
  • Demonstrate technical proficiency with an understanding of APIs and databases. Be able to comprehend technical topics and effectively explain them to less technical counterparts.
  • Have experience managing an agile development process. Collaborate with development teams to ensure efficient and effective product delivery.
  • Utilize data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and drive improvements.
  • Possesses strong analytical and quantitative skills to derive insights from data.
  • Show a desire to learn the processes, systems, and business functions necessary to operationalize a world-class B2B sales operation. Continuously seek opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Desirable knowledge in SQL and Data Analytics.
