What We Offer
If you ask a hospital today how much a treatment will cost, the answer is usually: “We don’t know.”
Not because providers don’t want to tell you but because patient cost is computed across insurance plans, negotiated rates, and billing rules that are fragmented, opaque, and not designed for real-time transparency.
What should be a simple question requires navigating a web of systems that don’t talk to each other.
So humans do that work instead.
They log into portals, call payers, follow decision trees, and manually stitch together answers across disconnected systems. Even when providers want to give a clear answer, the system makes it nearly impossible.
At Bravebird, we’re changing that.
We’re building agents that do the work between systems - end to end.
We believe the future of work is machines talking to machines, handling fragmented, system-to-system workflows so humans can focus on decisions, judgment, and care.
We’re building agentic AI systems that can reason, act, and operate reliably in messy, real-world environments.
As a Product Manager, you will own our agents from problem to adoption: deciding what to build, shipping it with engineering, and making sure it works for customers. You’ll dig into the operational problems our customers face, turn them into AI systems that take the work off human hands, and stay close to onboarding and delivery.
This is a high-ownership role. You’ll work directly with founders, shape the product direction, and ship systems that are used in real-world, high-stakes environments.
- Discover — break messy operational problems down to their root and decide what’s worth building.
- Build — own the roadmap and ship AI systems with engineering that take the work off human hands.
- Deliver — stay close to customer onboarding and delivery, so customers go live fast and our agents run reliably in their workflows.
- Improve — be the customer’s voice inside the team, turning every friction point into a product fix.
- 2+ years in product management — ideally at an early-stage startup.
- AI product fluency — strong working knowledge of AI products: how they’re built, where they break, and how they get evaluated.
- Product adoption understanding — you know how products get positioned, sold, launched, and adopted.
- Product sense backed by data — you pull and analyze your own numbers.
- A go-getter mindset — you don’t wait on others and can build things on your own when needed.
- Clear communication — across customers, engineering, and founders, and comfortable working across U.S. time zones.
- Ownership and impact
- Competitive compensation with meaningful equity
- Direct access to founders and customers
- The opportunity to ship production systems in high-stakes environments
This is a remote role, and candidates should be open to relocating to Delhi NCR.
