You’ll shape solutions that are intuitive, impactful, and aligned with our long-term vision to transform complex clinical care journeys through data and AI.
What You’ll Do:
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define the clinical product roadmap, aligning clinical needs with business goals and market trends to deliver high-impact digital health tools.
- Requirements & Workflow Optimization: Map intricate clinical workflows and translate medical and regulatory requirements into clear user stories, epics, and engineering specs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with physicians, nursing boards, software engineers, data scientists, UX designers, and legal teams to build and launch compliant products.
- Launch & Measurement: Lead product go-to-market strategies, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitor product adoption to drive continuous lifecycle iterations.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Product Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or clinical digital transformation.
- Healthcare Domain Knowledge: Proven understanding of clinical workflows, Electronic Health Records (EHRs/EMRs), and medical terminology or healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
- Methodology: Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
