Senior Product Manager, North America

Shape Physitrack's US product from NYC. Own discovery, build prototypes, and work across a digital health ecosystem touching millions. High autonomy, real ownership, category leader upside.

Location, hours and eligibility

Location: New York City, full time, five days a week in our NY office.

Eligibility: You must already have the right to work in the United States. We are not able to sponsor visas or fund relocation for this role.

Hours: Our Product and Engineering team currently sits in Poland, so you will start early to have overlap with European hours while still being present for our core NY office hours of 09:30 to 17:00. Accelerating from our $2m ARR base in North America in a fast moving SaaS market means there will be intense weeks. In exchange you get the autonomy, the ownership and the visibility that come with being the person who shapes it.

Team: Product. Reports to: Patrycja, Group Director of Product.

  • $1,000 per month contribution to healthcare

  • 20 days PTO, plus New York City mandatory sickness absence (40 hours)

Revenue Achievement Bonus

We want the person in this seat to share in what they help build, so we pay a bonus tied directly to growth of company ARR.

  • 10% growth: 5% of base salary

  • 20% growth: 10% of base salary

  • 30% growth: 15% of base salary

  • 40% growth or above: 20% of base salary

Performance between these levels is pro rated. The bonus is calculated on recurring revenue, measured against the agreed baseline at the start of the plan year, and is pro rated for a partial first year.

Why work for Physitrack

Some roles are a seat. This one is a stake. Physitrack is scaling fast in digital health, our US business is being built from New York right now, and the person who takes this role will shape it, with all the upside that comes from joining a company with the potential to become a category leader like Sword or Hinge Health.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who wants their work to matter at scale. The products you would shape touch millions of people caring for their health, longevity and recovery: patients, practitioners, and everyday users across both clinical and consumer settings.

This role is not tied to a single product. We run an ecosystem of closely connected products, so understanding the portfolio as a whole is essential, and it is what makes the work interesting. One week you might be shaping a feature for a patient, the next for enterprise customers, and the next for practitioners.

This is a hands on, highly autonomous senior role for someone who operates within a product operating model. You own discovery, you build to learn, and you drive the initiatives that flow from our strategy and quarterly roadmap. You will not hand off a spec and wait. You will spot the problems worth solving, prototype your own ideas, and work side by side with engineering to arrive at the best solution.

You will be our most senior product voice in North America, so you will also set the direction others follow: shaping how we think about the US market, raising the bar on discovery practice.

What you'll do
  • Work across our product ecosystem, not a single product. Because our products are closely connected, you will need to understand the whole portfolio, moving between building for patients, enterprise customers and practitioners.

  • Own discovery end to end. Talk to users, run experiments, and validate problems and solutions before we commit to building.

  • Build living prototypes yourself. You prototype your own ideas, put something tangible in front of people, and iterate fast on what you uncover.

  • Work shoulder to shoulder with engineering. The line between product and engineering here is deliberately blurred. You bring the problem, the prototype and your thinking, and together with engineers you shape the requirements. Less "write the spec", more "figure it out together".

  • Own the North America product view. Build and hold the market thesis for US healthcare and wellness across both B2B (practitioners, clinics, employers) and B2C (patients, consumers), and make it useful to the rest of the business.

  • Partner closely with Design to turn rough prototypes into experiences people love.

  • Support the Growth team in commercial discussions from a product standpoint.

  • Drive operational delivery of initiatives tied to our strategy and quarterly roadmap, translating goals into shipped outcomes.

  • Measure what matters. Define success metrics and use data to decide what to double down on and what to cut.

  • Raise the bar around you. Coach and challenge colleagues on discovery and prioritisation, and influence senior stakeholders up to and including the executive team.

What we're looking for
  • Around five years or more in product management, including at least two years operating with genuine autonomy over a product area, in a discovery led, outcome oriented environment rather than feature factory delivery.

  • A track record you can walk us through. Products you have taken from problem to shipped outcome, the discovery that got you there, and at least one call you got wrong and what you changed as a result.

  • Experience across a connected portfolio or multiple products, not a single feature area, and the judgement to prioritise across them.

  • Highly autonomous and hands on. You take an idea from observation to working prototype largely on your own, and you own ambiguity rather than waiting for direction.

  • A builder's instinct. You would rather show a prototype than write a long document, and you iterate quickly based on what you learn.

  • Comfort in a blurred product and engineering space. You define requirements with engineers instead of throwing specs over the wall.

  • Credibility with senior stakeholders. You can hold a position with Growth, Legal and Compliance, and the executive team, and change your mind well when the evidence says so.

  • Strong grasp of the US healthcare and wellness market, ideally across both B2B and B2C. Regulated environment experience is welcome but not essential.

  • Fluency with modern AI tools in your daily workflow, for example Claude and Cowork, Lovable, and AI assisted design and prototyping tools. These are how you will prototype solo and iterate fast, so you should reach for them instinctively.

  • Comfort working asynchronously with a distributed engineering team, with meaningful overlap.

Above all we want someone driven by impact, with an open mind and a hunger to keep learning. The tools and the market will keep changing, and we want someone energised by that rather than daunted by it.

How to apply

Send us your resume or CV with a short note to Pat, Group Director of Product: why this role, what you value, and why you think you are a great fit.

Recruitment process

We keep this tight, because we know you have other options.

  1. Application. Resume or CV plus a short note to Pat.

  2. Intro call with Pat, Group Director of Product. 30 to 45 minutes on motivation, product fundamentals, ownership and how you work.

  3. Practical task. A short, real world task: identify a problem and build a living prototype using AI tools such as Claude, Cowork or Lovable. We are looking for a builder's instinct and fluency with modern tools.

  4. Deep dive with Pat and Kamil, Technical Product Manager. One hour walking through your task and shaping discovery and requirements together.

  5. Final conversations with Henrik, CEO, Kevin, Global Head of Growth, and Jack, COO. 45 minutes on the US market, vision, values and culture fit.

Skills Required

  • Fundamentals of product management (discovery-led, outcome-oriented)
  • Highly autonomous, hands-on builder who prototypes and iterates quickly
  • High ownership, independent and accountable
  • Comfort operating in a blurred product/engineering space and collaborating closely with engineers
  • Track record running discovery: user interviews, experiments, and turning insight into decisions
  • Comfort working asynchronously with a distributed engineering team and overlapping Poland hours
  • Fluency with modern AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cowork, Lovable) and AI-assisted design/prototyping tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management with Growth and Legal/Compliance
  • Ability to think across a connected product portfolio (B2B and B2C contexts)
  • Presence in NYC office 5 days a week and willingness to start early to overlap UK/Poland teams
  • Strong grasp of or genuine curiosity about the US healthcare and wellness market (B2B and B2C)
