As Trullion continues to scale, we’re seeking a Product Designer to help define the next generation of AI-powered accounting experiences - someone who thrives on solving complex product challenges, owns end-to-end design and is excited to shape a category-leading product used by finance and audit teams worldwide.
We're building a platform where AI agents do real accounting and audit work alongside people. We're looking for a Mid-Senior Product Designer who thrives on solving complex product challenges, brings strong visual craft, works fluently inside an established design system and helps it grow.
Responsibilities- Design end-to-end experiences for the Office of the CFO, where finance leaders and teams work with AI and agents on high-stakes workflows.
- Work on the platform and infrastructure layer: shared experience patterns, frameworks, and foundations that let new capabilities feel like one coherent product, not separate features.
- Contribute to Trullion’s design system: extend components, tokens, and variables, and keep them consistent and scalable as the product grows.
- Lead the full design cycle, from research and flows to pixel-perfect UX/UI across all states and scenarios.
- Raise the visual bar of the product with a modern, refined UI.
- Collaborate closely with Product and R&D on design consistency and execution quality.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for testing, iteration, and customer validation.
- Present concepts to stakeholders and advocate for decisions rooted in data, research, and user needs.
- 4+ years of experience in product design (mid-senior to senior), ideally in a product-led SaaS company.
- Experience designing for complex B2B SaaS, ideally finance or other data-heavy products.
- Experience in companies with an established design system. Proven experience contributing to one.
- Solid knowledge of design tokens and variables: structure, naming, modes/theming, and how they map to code.
- Strong visual skills and a good understanding of modern UI.
- Genuine interest in designing for AI agents and in generative UI.
- Strong portfolio showing flows, systems thinking, and UI execution.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience prototyping with AI tools.
- Hands-on experience designing AI, agent-based, or generative UI experiences.

Skills Required
- 4+ years of product design experience
- Experience designing complex B2B SaaS products, ideally finance or data-heavy products
- Experience working with and contributing to an established design system
- Knowledge of design tokens, variables, structure, naming, modes, theming, and code mapping
