ARK47 Studio is a Saudi AI app, available on the App Store and Google Play, that builds business systems from a plain-language description: for example HR, bookings, an online store or a sales board. It drafts a plan with the business owner first, then builds the screens, data and access permissions. We are a Riyadh team bringing it to businesses in the Kingdom and beyond.

What you will do- Request and compare quotes for what the company buys, such as cloud hosting, software services and equipment.
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, and issue purchase orders within the approved budget.
- Keep the list of approved suppliers up to date, with their prices and delivery terms.
- Check a new supplier’s documents, such as its commercial registration and VAT registration certificate, before the first order.
- Report every month on purchase orders, delivery times and savings.
- Minimum qualification: a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Based in Riyadh, or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
- 2+ years in procurement or purchasing, ideally buying IT or technology services.
- Good Excel or Google Sheets, and experience negotiating with suppliers.
- Arabic and English, spoken and written.
- Total monthly salary SAR 8,000–12,000 (basic salary plus allowances), depending on experience.
- Full-time, on-site at our Riyadh office; working days, hours and annual leave per the Saudi Labour Law.
- Health insurance and GOSI registration as required by Saudi law.
