Job Summary:

The Procurement Section Head is responsible for leading and managing all procurement activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, equipment, and services required for ICT and Light Current projects. This role oversees the entire procurement cycle—from vendor qualification to contract negotiation—ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and project timelines. The ideal candidate combines strategic sourcing expertise with strong technical understanding of ICT, Security, and Automation systems, contributing directly to SYSTICS’ mission of delivering innovative, reliable, and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company objectives and project requirements.

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process including requisition, sourcing, bidding, evaluation, negotiation, and contract award.

  • Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers, subcontractors, and manufacturers in ICT, Low Current, and Automation fields.

  • Ensure procurement activities comply with organizational policies, ethical standards, and local regulations.

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineering, finance, and logistics teams to align procurement schedules with project milestones.

  • Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and quality of goods/services to ensure adherence to contractual terms.

  • Conduct cost analysis and market research to identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.

  • Prepare and present regular procurement performance reports, KPIs, and cost-saving initiatives to management.

  • Manage and mentor the procurement team to ensure continuous development and performance excellence.

  • Support the company’s digital transformation goals by adopting modern procurement tools and ERP systems for process automation and transparency.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in the ICT, Low Current, or Engineering sectors.

  • Proven experience in leading procurement teams and managing high-value technical purchases and contracts.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of ICT, Security, Automation, and Low Current systems and their components.

  • Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and contract administration skills.

  • Analytical and strategic mindset with strong financial and cost-control acumen.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic, project-driven environment.

Preferred:

  • Professional certification such as CIPS, CPSM, or PMP is an advantage.

  • Experience with international sourcing and import/export documentation.

  • Knowledge of ISO procurement standards and quality management systems.
