Manage end-to-end procurement for IT hardware, software, networking equipment, peripherals, and related services. Source and evaluate vendors, obtain and negotiate quotations, monitor supplier performance, maintain procurement records, and ensure policy and regulatory compliance. Conduct market research, support budgeting and inventory optimization, coordinate internal purchase requests, resolve supplier issues, and identify cost-saving and process-improvement opportunities within the Lahore IT procurement market.

Bachelor's degree 16 years in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Commerce, or equivalent
4–5 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong knowledge of IT products, hardware, networking equipment, software licensing, and technology procurement.
Established relationships with IT market vendors and distributors, particularly in Lahore.
Proven experience in vendor negotiations, sourcing, and procurement planning.
Strong understanding of procurement policies, compliance requirements, and SOP implementation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/procurement systems.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
