Procurement Assistant
Requirements :
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance
Experience: 1 year of experience in Procurement or similar functions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to create and manage a task priority list based on business needs
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage information and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Activities:
Manage supplier onboarding, updates, and monitoring.
Review and track purchase orders and expense requests.
Validate required supplier documentation to ensure compliance with internal processes.
Coordinate the tracking of tickets, emails, and requests from various departments.
Maintain administrative files and records up to date.
Assist with administrative tasks related to the Purchasing and Procurement department.
