Summary Generated by Built In

Flowly Solutions is growing, and we are looking for a hands-on Processing Engineer to optimize our dynamic manufacturing operations. You’ll spend your time directly on the production floor, investigating mechanical and electrical issues, fine-tuning automation networks, and deploying robust technical solutions in a fast-paced environment where your expertise directly impacts our success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Actively monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance electromechanical systems and production equipment right on the plant floor.
  • Configure, debug, and maintain programmable logic controllers (PLCs) alongside other industrial automation hardware.
  • Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives designed to boost machinery uptime, workflow throughput, and overall product quality.
  • Partner with maintenance crews and operators to establish highly effective preventative and predictive care routines for all hardware.
  • Investigate equipment malfunctions by analyzing operational data to uncover the underlying root causes rather than applying temporary patches.
  • Ensure every mechanical upgrade or newly implemented process strictly complies with our safety regulations and operational standards.
  • Collaborate on the installation, calibration, and launch of new processing machinery.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a highly related technical discipline.
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome, provided you possess foundational electromechanical training and hands-on operational knowledge.
  • Mandatory, non-negotiable capability to actively program and troubleshoot PLC systems.
  • Aptitude for accurately interpreting wiring diagrams, mechanical blueprints, and electrical schematics.
  • A proactive, analytical mindset with the communication skills necessary to translate complex engineering concepts to cross-functional teams.
  • Physical capability to navigate a bustling manufacturing floor, which includes standing, walking, pushing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and occasionally working in varying wet or cold temperature conditions.

Pay & Benefits:

  • $45.00 - $50.00 per hour, depending on experience commensurate with electromechanical training and entry-level experience.
  • Incentive bonuses tied to performance.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Paid time off and paid holidays.

Schedule:

  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday
  • 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Extra hours available when volume picks up.

Flowly Solutions is an equal opportunity employer. We hire and promote based on skills and performance, and we welcome applicants of all backgrounds.
