This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Associate role located in Ahmedabad. The Process Executive will be responsible for tasks related to retrieval of medical records, Schedule visits for the clinicians quality assurance, and ensuring effective communication within the organization as well as with the MD offices and the Pt's
Qualifications
Analytical Skills
Experience in medical records retrieval
Experience in Inbound and Outbound calls for US based Customers or Patients
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience:
Customer service: 2 years (Required)
Language: English (Required)
