As a Pricing Analytics Solutions Associate in Card Pricing Execution Team, you support critical pricing controls by investigating exceptions, improving monitoring, and strengthening end-to-end processes that impact customer experiences.

Job responsibilities
  • Review, analyze, and disposition control monitoring exceptions tied to pricing and servicing activities
  • Provide oversight for potential exceptions across key pricing components (for example, fees, interest, and refunds under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act)
  • Execute process reviews to confirm pricing operations and controls are performing as designed
  • Build, maintain, and enhance analytical workflows to triage, prioritize, and resolve exceptions efficiently
  • Develop and automate reporting and analytics using tools such as SQL, Python, Alteryx, SAS, and enterprise data platforms
  • Identify opportunities to apply responsible automation and generative AI to improve investigation speed, documentation quality, and knowledge retrieval
  • Partner with senior analysts and managers to scale monitoring solutions, including rule-based logic and anomaly detection concepts
  • Manage multiple workstreams, communicate status clearly, and deliver outcomes on agreed timelines
  • Present complex findings in a clear, compelling way to stakeholders across functions
  • Drive continuous improvement by documenting procedures, strengthening controls, and reducing recurring issues
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and a focus on root-cause problem solving
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality
  • Experience working with data analysis tools and databases (for example, SQL and large-scale data platforms)
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Familiarity with card processing and/or mainframe-based platforms (for example, TSYS)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience building automated workflows for investigation and exception management using Python, Alteryx, SAS, and/or SQL
  • Exposure to automation programs, workflow orchestration, and reporting automation
  • Familiarity with responsible use of generative AI or AI-assisted productivity tools in operational environments
  • Experience translating control, process, and monitoring needs into scalable analytics solutions
  • Comfort partnering across product, operations, analytics, and technology teams to drive change
