We strive to create a supportive and inclusive workplace culture where employee wellbeing is paramount, work-life balance is valued, and personal growth is encouraged through tailored training and development opportunities.

You’ll spend time with teams across the business understanding how work happens today, identifying opportunities and helping shape how automation and AI are adopted in a practical and sensible way.
