Key Responsibilities- Support the execution of growth strategies that align with financial targets, can assist in managing the product lifecycle from ideation to market launch, and collaborates well with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support innovation and business development.
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends, and prepare recommendations.
- Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and external partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Prepare accurate reports, dashboards, and analyses to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of portfolio initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Marketing, Project Management, Portfolio Management, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with strong reporting and data management capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
