Job DescriptionPlant Manager/ QC Incharge (MALE) – B.Tech (Electrical)
Place of Joining – Greater Noida
To be responsible for overall production in terms of quantity and quality as per specified standards.
2. To hold meeting with QC to analyse the rejection reason of produced product and corrective action to be taken.
3. To review and update SOP and giving assistance to QA for the development of the same from time to time.
4. To check and sign all production log sheets, batch register on daily basis.
5. To ensure stock taking of the Raw Material along with person from accounts department on monthly basis.
6. To maintain overall discipline and good housekeeping in the plant.
7. To ensure the manufacturing of soap noodles &house hold soap &toilet soap as per standard operating procedures and to impart the training to the shift incharges as per the defined training schedule and training matrix.
8. To coordinate with the mechanical, electrical department in case of any breakdown and to minimize downtimes.
9. To ensure that all the equipments and machines relating to soap plant are in working order round the clock and also standby equipments are always ready for operation in case of any mechanical breakdown.
