About the Role

We are looking for an experienced PHP Laravel Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Laravel, PHP, MySQL, REST APIs, and modern backend development practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP and Laravel.
Develop clean, reusable, and well-structured backend code.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Work with MySQL and optimize database queries, indexes, and overall performance.
Implement authentication, authorization, security, and data protection best practices.
Develop and maintain Laravel applications, including migrations, queues, jobs, events, and middleware.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and production issues.
Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, designers, and project managers to deliver quality solutions.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Optimize applications for scalability, performance, and reliability.

Required Skills

5+ years of professional experience in PHP development.
Strong hands-on experience with Laravel Framework.
Strong knowledge of PHP, OOP, MVC architecture, and design patterns.
Excellent experience with MySQL/database design and optimization.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, API integrations, and web services.
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend/backend integration.
Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab and version control.
Understanding of Linux/Unix environments and basic server configuration.
