Key Responsibilities:
- Visit hubs to handle HR tasks.
- Investigate employee issues and workplace concerns.
- Assist in conducting operational interviews to support the recruitment process.
- Collect hiring documents from new employees.
- Ensure employees sign contract renewals on time.
- Deliver medical cards to employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in the HR field.
- Males Only.
- Previous experience in the logistics industry is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
