Title: PC Network Support Tech 1

Contract: 11 Months

Location: Linthicum, MD 

Job Description:

Support for daily Lync telecom requests for service (moves/adds/changes/disconnects) and repairs to existing service. Prepare phones for deployment, provide customer training in use and set up of telephones. 

Required Skills:

High School degree or equivalent combination of training and experience plus 2 – 4 years working in support of an Enterprise Local Area Network; AA/AS degree plus 1 – 3 years preferred 

•Knowledge of LAN and WAN concepts a plus 

•Ability to lift and maneuver up to 30lbs 

•Knowledge of EIA/TIA 568B Telecommunications Standards (Analog, Digital, VoIP) 

•Must be able to work independently in a large campus environment and prioritize competing tasks 

High School Diploma
