• Process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and update payroll records, including wages, deductions, timekeeping data, bonuses, and adjustments.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management, auditors, as required.
• Address and resolve employees and manager’s inquiries related to payroll matters in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist managers and station administrators with timecards in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with HR for onboarding, terminations, and employee compensation changes.
• Safeguard confidential payroll and personnel information in compliance with data protection policies.
