The Lancaster Office in Lancaster, Pennsylvania is looking for a Workers’ Compensation Paralegal to join our growing team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Discovery demands and responses.
- Work with medical providers and obtain medical records.
- Work with experts and schedule IMEs.
- Inspections and other expert discovery.
Position Requirements:
- At least 3 years of WC Paralegal experience required.
- A high school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred.
- Must be a self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast paced work environment.

This is an in-person position.
The salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,000 and represents C&W’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend upon a number of factors, included but not limited to experience and qualifications.
