Job Description: As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in selling our service primarily to new customers but also in maintaining relationships with our existing client base. While your primary focus is on selling, you will also provide support to our field staff and office staff to ensure that the projects you sell are produced at the high level of service that our customers expect from us.

Desired Experience:

  • Knowledge of the painting industry or similar trades 
  • 3+ years of professional sales experience

Must-Haves: A valid driver's license and the ability to travel throughout the greater St. Louis area. 

    Work Environment: Work is performed in various locations.  Exposure to harsh conditions is possible for short periods, such as dust, fumes, chemicals, hazardous materials, noise, and varying weather and temperatures.  All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas. 

    Physical Demands: The physical demands described here represent those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.   While performing this position's duties, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and talk and hear.  The ability to lift and carry 30 lbs. is required.

    Skills Required

    • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the greater St. Louis area
    • Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs
    • Follow safety standards and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
    • 3+ years of professional sales experience
    • Knowledge of the painting industry or similar trades
