Our founders Maarten and Dimitri started Loop back with a big idea. And a chronic ringing in their ears. In 2023 we grew from almost 100 Loopers to over 250 people. And that’s a number we would have to keep updating every month, as we are planning to double the team once again, this year.

Our headquarters are based in Antwerp, but with hubs in Amsterdam, Shanghai, and New York, we’re dotted all over the globe. 

Not to brag about it, but we’ve recently won the EY Scale up of the year award, the Deloitte Fast50 award (for the second year in a row) and a couple of other amazing (international) prices. The New York Times named us ‘best earplugs for concerts’ and thousands of noise-sensitive customers call us a ‘life changer’.

About the Role:

As our Paid Social Manager, you're more than a team leader; you're a visionary, crafting strategies that not only meet but exceed our ambitious goals. Your role is pivotal in navigating the ever-evolving landscape of digital marketing, ensuring our brand stays ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Insight: Your ability to dissect and leverage paid advertising data will uncover new avenues for growth, expanding our reach and solidifying our presence in key markets.
  • Creative Leadership: Champion a testing culture that embraces experimentation across all fronts, from creative optimization to cross-functional strategies, all aimed at propelling our brand to new heights.
  • Empowering Projects: Take the lead on varied initiatives, embracing the challenge of new product testing, full-funnel experimentation, and beyond. Your project management skills will inspire innovation and drive success.
  • Unified Collaboration: Forge strong connections with teams across the board, from Data and Product to Paid Search and Customer Insights. Your collaborative spirit will be instrumental in turning ideas into reality.

What We Expect from You:

  • A proven track record with 5+ years in performance marketing within the DTC/eCommerce landscape.
  • Mastery in managing sizeable ad budgets and a deep understanding of platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
  • A data-driven mindset complemented by your experience with analytics tools like GA4, ensuring every decision is informed and impactful.
  • An unwavering commitment to growth, fueled by a passion for experimentation and learning from every outcome.
  • Leadership prowess, evidenced by your history of mentoring a team and juggling multiple projects with ease and efficiency.
