About the Role
As a ServiceNow Consultant, you’ll collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, design tailored solutions, and ensure seamless implementations of ServiceNow modules—primarily ITSM, IRM, and Service Portal. You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize their platform investment while aligning solutions with best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end implementations of ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, Service Portal and IRM modules.
- Support clients with user training, documentation, and post-implementation assistance.
- Act as a point of contact for issue resolution and ongoing improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders, including C-level executives.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as CMDB, Service Catalog, IRM, and Service Portal.
- Proven ability to run client workshops and deliver user training.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Required Certifications: ServiceNow CSA
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
