Role Overview
We are looking for Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultants with expertise in ITOM, ITAM, SPM, IRM, and Mobile App development, who can join us immediately and contribute to high-impact client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITOM, ITAM, SPM, IRM, and Mobile App modules
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Lead and support end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
- Ensure high-quality development aligned with best practices
- Provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
- Strong expertise in one or more modules: ITOM, ITAM, SPM, IRM, Mobile App
- Proven experience in implementation, customization, and optimization
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Immediate joiners highly preferred

Skills Required
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as CMDB, Service Catalog, ITSM, and Service Portal
- ServiceNow CSA and CIS-ITSM certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
