Smile Finders offers referrals for General and Cosmetic Dentistry, Orthodontics (Braces), Periodontics (Gum Disease), Endodontic (Root Canal Therapy), Oral Surgery (Dental Implants and Wisdom Teeth) and Pediatric Dentist (Children's Dental Specialist). Our dental affiliate owns and operates many PREMIER dental facilities in the Greater Los Angeles area. Job Description
You will be a “Dental Health Educator” traveling to various events at companies in the area. We provide you a schedule of pre-appointed events to attend set up by our Business Development Department. We also provide incredible marketing support with all the tools and resources necessary to focus on promoting dental health care to company employees. Your job is to promote/sell our extensive dental services. We expect you to make actual appointments at one of our eight dental offices. The job comes with a laptop & phone for your fieldwork, a base wage, monthly bonuses, mileage allowance and other expenses. You are expected to follow up with your patients when you are not in the field.
• You must be highly motivated, able to work efficiently with minimal supervision, be a team player, and have a positive attitude. We value honesty, integrity and loyalty.
• Ability to persuade and influence others, prior sales experience is a plus. Be able to develop and deliver presentations.
• Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
• Must be able to work with HMO contractors to build intra-office specialty referrals.
Qualifications• Minimun of 5 years in a dental company environment
• Work requires significant local travel and will require the possession of a valid state driver's license and car insurance.
• Must be flexible with your weekly schedule, hours will vary based on need.
• Bilingual- SPANISH required
