Description

Ace Roofing is scaling our residential sales engine and looking for a high capacity outside sales professional who knows how to hunt, close, and build lasting customer relationships. This role is a frontline revenue driver. You will be generating new business, managing warm leads, conducting inspections, and guiding homeowners through the roofing process with confidence and professionalism.

What You Will Do

Business Development and Lead Management

  • Participate in door to door outreach and cold call strategies to generate new opportunities
  • Convert warm leads into closed deals through disciplined follow up and consultative selling
  • Actively represent ACE Roofing in the community to build brand awareness and pipeline momentum

Field Inspections and Customer Guidance

  • Perform roof inspections including ladder and roof access
  • Provide professional and clear recommendations based on inspection findings
  • Educate customers on solutions, processes, timelines, and next steps

Customer Experience and Communication

  • Deliver exceptional service through active listening and problem solving
  • Maintain accurate and organized notes and CRM updates to strengthen relationships and ensure timely

Professional Growth and Team Collaboration

  • Participate in ongoing training to sharpen sales skills and technical roofing knowledge
