Outside Sales Representative

Wholesale Tire, Inc. is the largest independent tire dealer in West Virginia. We’ve been servicing the state since 1950. We are currently looking for an outside tire sales representative in our Poca location. As an outside sales rep for Wholesale Tire, Inc. you are responsible for growing sales in a defined territory. Your responsibilities are to learn our product lines, call on existing customers, and generate new business.

Job Requirements:

  • Maintain existing business and establish prospective business through value driven customer specific product and service recommendations;
  • Utilize our internal software to build customer profiles, submit orders, and quote customers;
  • Resolve customer issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations;
  • Monitor local competition by gathering current market information on pricing, products, and delivery and service capabilities;
  • Always represent yourself and company professionally as well as maintain a professional appearance;
  • Work closely and as a team player with store, distribution, and office support personnel;
  • Self-schedule and manage time appropriately;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills as well as attention to detail;

Qualifications

Job Requirements:
• 1-3 years of proven tires sales experience
• Great personality
• Must be extremely organized
• Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Candidate must have the ability to sell and close sales over the phone
• Candidate must meet sales quotas
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
