Job responsibilities

Works with stakeholders to review and gather requirements.

Creates technical requirement documents.

Builds custom extracts and reports on Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) cloud using the available framework.

Understands and customizes seeded reports on Oracle HCM cloud.

Builds proficiency with the HCM modules Talent Acquisition (Recruiting), Core HR, Talent & Performance Management, Time & Absence, Payroll, and other areas as required.

Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems.

Develops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others.

Identifies opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability of software applications and systems.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Hands-on experience on Oracle HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI

Knowledge of seeded reports in Oracle HCM Cloud

Good verbal communication, written and presentation skills

Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability

Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods

Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle

Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Applicant Resiliency, and Security

Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
