- Extensive experience in DB2 - PL/SQL and T-SQL.
- Oracle Adv HRMS Working experience and should be able to deliver with minimal supervision
- Able to understand customer requirements and be able to map the right technology tools to be used
- Ability to configure and setup any of the HRMS Modules
- Ability to provide guidance
