JOB SUMMARY
The Sr Mgr, Digital Strategy & Operations is responsible for leading the Strategy & Ops team, ensuring the Digital Platforms organization's commitment to the strategic vision. Lead strategic organizational design. Elevate and bring consistency to external plans and executive communications. Guide and streamline administrative functions.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Lead strategic initiatives from inception to fruition, guiding the process of strategic assessment and alignment, implementation, operationalization, and administration.
Manage implementation and review of existing / new operational strategies, analyses and models simultaneously.
Mentor and guide team in data-driven strategy recommendations and ensure communication of results in a timely manner.
Promote expert knowledge of strategy reporting, strategy enhancements and other ad hoc analytics.
Influence Charter's approach to digital expansion and adoption.
Prepare and deliver executive communications and presentations.
Research operational activities and processes. Use operational knowledge to identify improvements in efficiency and effectiveness. Develop action plans to address process improvement areas.
Perform advanced analysis of data from varying data sources in collaboration with other data owners, validate data accuracy and completeness. Validate summary analysis and observations.
Promote innovative ideas to improve, consolidate and streamline operations and processes that support Digital Platforms.
Establish and evolve key relationships with partners across organizations to nurture collaborative engagement.
Establish best practices, staying current with new technologies and industry trends.
Manage a high-performing team by leading, developing, training and providing effective coaching to attract and foster talent.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Ability to quickly understand complex systems, applications, and business processes and procedures
Ability to step back and contribute to insight development and creative ideation
Ability to think across disciplines, industries, cultures and scenarios
Ability to identify issues of a complex nature and effectively resolve
Ability to interface and communicate with department managers and VPs
Ability to work independently
Ability to supervise and motivate others
Ability to analyze and interpret data
Demonstrated ability to identify and question assumptions and find creative and effective solutions
Strong flowcharting and process documentation skills
Strong analytical and project management skills
Advanced Excel data analysis skills
Deadline-oriented and highly disciplined
Solid foundation in Agile development and best practices
Extensive foundation in reporting, data mining, and predictive modeling
Extensive understanding of telecommunications industry and the products and services offered
Exceptional verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills and a proven ability to work well with people at all levels and across all functions of the organization to achieve success
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Related Work Experience
6+ years of Consulting and/or Business Analysis experience
+ years of Experience in project planning and operational analysis
3+ years of Experience leading strategic engagements

The pay for this position has a minimum of $107,600.00. The actual salary offer may be higher as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
