Red Canary is looking for a reliable, well-organized Office Manager to handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. You are a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity with excellent communication, organizational, project management and problem solving skills, and you will have a direct impact on the success of our leadership team. 

What You'll Do

  • Ensure reception, break rooms and meeting rooms are clean, organized and presentable for employees and visitors
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all conference rooms
  • Receive, process, sort and distribute all incoming USPS mail, UPS, FedEx, Express and hand deliveries. Oversee outgoing mail and overnight packages
  • Maintain and manage kitchen area(s), following office-specific procedures
  • Ensure copy machines and other office equipment are maintained and in working order
  • Inventory, order and stock office and kitchen supplies
  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately, including construction workers and contractors (within Covid guidelines)
  • Maintain security by following procedures and issuing visitor badges
  • Contact building management for all space related and parking issues
  • Handling voicemail distribution
  • Picking up mail and distributing
  • Decorate for holidays
  • Assist with other duties and projects as assigned

What You'll Bring

  • High school education 
  • Working knowledge of personal computers
  • Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment (i.e., copier, scanner, telephones, etc.).
  • Aptitude to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a wide variety of people 
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent judgment, problem solving, professionalism and decision-making skills to handle a variety of responsibilities under general supervision.
  • Prior in office experience, preferred
  • Self starter who is able to identify and take the initiative to start projects
  • Bilingual (Spanish), preferred

Targeted compensation range: $16.00 - $20.00/ hour (depending on experience) + bonus eligibility and equity.
