Executive Assistant - Video Operations
JOB SCOPE
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to an executive group and managing the calendars and administrative duties for the Network Operations Senior Vice President and for several group Vice Presidents and of Video Operations group.
DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to the senior leadership team for Charter Communications Video Operations group.
- Create calendar invites to ensure maximum attendance of all attendees and foresee any needs of the meetings scheduled to include conference rooms, lunch orders, WebEx or conference bridge information, copies or handouts. Be vigilant on any calendar conflicts and set level of priority.
- Clean calendar in a timely manner of any meetings cancelled or rescheduled.
- Uphold a high level of discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information which might include salary or off boarding information.
- Meet regularly with the Executive Team to discuss the daily needs as well as the upcoming demands of each vertical.
- Coordinate travel for Executive Team for offsite meetings to include air, hotel, car, etc.
- Prepare & process expense reports for Executive Team in a timely fashion and properly to Expense Policy.
- Maintain Organization charts for the 6 verticals and keep updated to include accurate counts of employees in Denver, employees moving to Denver, employees that will be leaving the org, new-hires, contract to hires, etc.
- Plan & execute leadership off-site events such as department management meetings and team building activities.
- Order supplies for various department within the group.
- Contribute to department wide communication through email and newsletter as the "go-between" the Executive Team and the employees. Work with other departments to create an extensive newsletter for open communication among the team.
- Adhere to tight deadlines that sometimes occur with the team.
- Provide a friendly and professional "Face of the Dept." that is welcoming to all from employees to vendors.
BASIC / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience providing executive level administrative and executive level support at a large corporation.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; or education and experience.
ADDITIONAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Excel and Visio.
- Exemplary planning and time management skills.

The pay for this position has a minimum of $53,900.00. The actual salary offer may be higher as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
