Job Description

Our NielsenIQ Technology teams are working on our new “Connect” platform, a unified, global, open data ecosystem powered by Microsoft Azure. Our clients around the world rely on NielsenIQ’s data and insights to innovate and grow.

As a CPQ and CLM Administrator, you will be responsible for working with the NielsenIQ Price Setting and Quote to Cash teams to implement a new CPQ and CLM system, and will bring expertise to build product rate cards into the system. This role will be a critical voice not only in system design/administration, but also in price structure design, providing a view as to what is feasible to implement and identifying areas for improvement in our pricing and rate card architecture.

What you’ll do 

• Serve as system administrator for a CPQ & CLM system implementation for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment with 12,000+ users

• Set best practices for the NielsenIQ Q2C implementation including integration and application development, deployment, and testing

• Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code

• Take technical ownership in working directly with the NielsenIQ Price Setting team to ensure rate card design feasibility for CPQ integration

• Identify areas for future improvement in NielsenIQ rate card architecture and design

We are looking for people who have

• 3+ years of experience working as a Salesforce, Apttus, or Conga administrator with a strong focus on CPQ/CLM solutions

• 3+ years experience building multinational, multi currency price books, rate cards, or similar in a Quote to Cash environment

• Sales Cloud or Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certifications preferred

• Experience implementing technology and gathering/documenting business requirements

• Experience managing Salesforce or Apttus/Conga instances of at least 500 users. Exposure to multiple Salesforce instances is preferred

• Familiarity with Agile software delivery methodologies

• Ability to work with remote business and technical teams

• Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to build partnerships within the organization to drive results

• Ability to help develop tech stack strategy while executing on deliverables

• Experience in designing, implementing and troubleshooting Salesforce CPQ solutions
